AMI Deployment and Professional Services

Arc Innovations has a team dedicated to the effective deployment of AMI in New Zealand. Our experience in supplying advanced metering solutions to Meridian Energy and its customers has given us the significant expertise needed to deploy a working system in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We have aligned with robust national and international partners for communications, manufacturing, installation, and software support. We have also designed and built innovative AMI deployment tools, systems, and processes.

Customer Services

Arc Innovations has a dedicated customer services group that delivers the ongoing AMI services to support its long-term service contracts, as well as operate and manage the AMI platforms, and revenue streams. We have recently been through a business process redesign of our operations area to ensure a robust suite of AMI specific processes.
